The SQL behind every join stays visible. ## How it works R01 · Collect ## Collect All Your Bank of Canada Data With Zero Engineering The connector has one endpoint, Exchange Rates, which carries the daily foreign exchange rates from the Bank of Canada. It is a time series and lands in a table named `bank_of_canada_exchange_rates`. The table has three fields. | Field | Type | What it holds | | --- | --- | --- | | date | DATE | The date the rate was recorded | | label | STRING | The currency code, such as USD, EUR or GBP | | rate | NUMBER | The exchange rate value | The source needs no credentials, so there is no token or service account to set up. To start: 1. Add a storage to receive the data: Google BigQuery, Snowflake, AWS Redshift, AWS Athena or Databricks. 2. Create a Connector Data Mart and choose Bank of Canada as the platform. 3. Publish the Data Mart and run it for the first import. 4. Add a Connector Trigger to schedule recurring imports.
