Whom we are looking for

Requirements:

• Hands-on experience administering Google Workspace.
• Hands-on experience with Google Docs, Google Sheets, and other productivity and collaboration tools from Google Workspace.
• Developing automation workflows and integrations for repetitive or manual tasks (Google Apps Script, Python).
• Hands-on experience supporting Linux and working in a Google Cloud environment.
• Hands-on experience administering network, VPN, and VoIP devices (PFsense, Mikrotik, Panasonic).
• Hands-on experience with business and financial software (BAS ERP, M.E.Doc) administration.
• Demonstrated success working in cross-functional teams to meet business objectives and influence colleagues, fostering robust working relationships.
• Use strategic thinking, with robust creative problem-solving and inquisitive skills.

What you will do

Responsibilities:

• Triage all IT-related questions as they arise.
• Maintain accountability of company assets and resources.
• Spearhead employees' onboarding and offboarding automation efforts with a variety of custom API integrations with scalability in mind.
• Take care of the availability of business and financial systems (HRIS, BAS ERP).
• Support marketing and sales teams with the technology they use (Ringostat, eSputnik).
• Maintain knowledge base with common Q&A for IT tools we use within an organization.
