OWOX is looking for a Customer Success Manager in Indonesia, who is passionate about web analytics and who seeks sharing his expertise to e-commerce businesses. The main target of a Customer Success Manager role is to help OWOX clients to get value through OWOX BI innovative technology and to make our clients happy.
The primary responsibilities include onboarding and retention of clients by providing product consulting service.
- Setting project goals and roadmap drafting for clients;
- Project lifecycle management;
- Regular communications with clients on emerging questions regarding product configuration or implementation;
- Involving clients into OWOX BI product use by providing functionality demos;
- Clients retention and renewing subscriptions;
- Success stories/case studies preparing and agreement;
- Presenting OWOX at the local conferences and meetups.
- Strong knowledge of Google products ( GoogleAnalytics, GoogleTagManager, GoogleBigQuery);
- Strong analytical skills and ability to learn technology products quickly;
- Client Relations experience in e-commerce would be a big plus;
- Fluent English, ability to communicate in clear terms and make technical things simple for understanding;
- A strong «get things done» approach.
